The new coffee brewing unit will produce a capacity of up to 40 liters per hour, (equal to app. 300 cups). It has the same body design as the regular Black & White series and will be a great addition to be installed in self-service restaurants, hotels, buffets, senior homes as well as in other foodservice applications. The CB5 brewing unit has a coffee storage capacity of 5 lts that is kept at constant 80°C to guarantee best coffee quality at all times.
