Our gardens are wheelchair friendly and have plenty of off-street parking.

ALL CEREMONIES INCLUDE: Two hours exclusive use of the Wedding Temple and gardens, for ceremony and photography. 
Carpet and chairs for 100 or more people. 
3 Large silk floral arrangements. 
Table for Registry signing. 
Jugs of water for guests. 
Integrated sound system. 
NOT INCLUDED: Celebrant's Fees, Live or recorded music. 
CEREMONY TIMES: 
11am, 2pm, 4.30pm and 7pm
Although you may be holding your reception at another venue, we encourage you to have your guests stay on after the ceremony and enjoy the pleasant country surrounds while your photography is taking place. 

Glass Hire is also available for your B.Y.O 
Chair covers are also available for hire. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Please note there is time allowed between ceremonies for guests to arrive and settle and depart, prior to the next ceremony starting. 
However, to avoid your guests arriving while another wedding group is still enjoying their scheduled time, we respectfully request that you advise your guests not to arrive in the Wedding Temple area, prior to 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of your ceremony, and to leave promptly at the scheduled finish time. 

No food or beverage to be brought onto the property without prior consent. 
A deposit of $300.00 ($400.00 in 2003) is required to confirm ceremony bookings. 
The deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. 
The balance may be paid off, and final payment to be made 30 days prior to the ceremony date. 

Any damage to property will be charged. 
If you feel a rehearsal is necessary, they are for half an one hour only. However, a surcharge of $55.00 per half hour over, will apply - this includes GST. 
Two hours are allotted for ceremony and photo shoot. Extra time will incur a surcharge of $220.00 per hour (Includes GST) providing it doesn't interfere with another scheduled wedding. 

The use of confetti or rice is strictly forbidden, flower petals or bubbles are acceptable alternatives. 
If children are attending, it is advisable that you nominate a responsible person to supervise them at all times, and keep them away from all water areas, especially the pond at the back of the Temple. 
Avalon Wedding Gardens shall at all times have the discretion to expel or eject any guest of the Client who behaves in an objectionable or unruly manner. 
Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding
