| Our online shop is designed to be as simple and
user friendly as possible. If you think we can improve it in any way or

The home page:
This top part of the screen contains a listing of the main categories in the shop:
Clicking on any of them, will display a list of all the products in that category as well as a list of it's sub categories. E.g Clicking on "Drinks" will display "Soft Drinks", "Cordials", "Juices" etc. See example:
The left part of the screen has the search box where you can search for product names / sizes. This part also displays the contents of your shopping trolley. |

How do I start Shopping ?
| To start shopping, you may either select the category
that the product relates to and try to find it there or you can search
for it's name.
For example, lets say we want to buy a 2 Litre Coca Cola bottle. Option 1: Finding an item according to it's category 1. Select "Drinks" from the "Main Catergory" listing:
2. A Sub-category listing will be displayed:
Select "Carbonated Soft Drinks" as shown above, and you will be presented with a list of all our soft drinks ! Option 2 - Seaching fo rthe item name. Using the same example, we will try to find a 2 Litre Coca Cola bottle: In the seach box, type in "Coca Cola" and click "GO"
This will display all the products in our store that match that description. If there are too many products found for us to display on one page, there will be a button at the bottom of the screen:
Clicking on this button will display the next set of products that are in this category.

How to I add products to my trolley ?
To add a product to your cart, simply click the 
button next to it. The item will be added to the product listing on the
left part of the screen.To buy more then 1 product you can either click on the "buy" button again, or you can click on: 
and change the quantity in that screen. |
How do I remove products from my shopping cart ?
| To remove items from your trolley, simply click on ,
the following screen will be displayed:
This screen displays all the items you have added to your cart. Find the item you wish to remove from the cart, set it's quantity to
0 and click This will remove it from the list of displayed items and update the list on the left hand side as well. If you wish to completely empty your trolley and start all over
again, simply click on the |

How do I send orders ?
| To send an order once you have finished adding all the
products you want to your trolley, simply click on
at the left part of the screen. The following screen will be displayed:
Review the order, make sure you have ordered all the correct
quantities, and click:
Make your selection and click
Enter your details, and click |

. You will now be asked to select your preferred delivery time:

You will now be asked to enter your contact details:
How do I sign up to be a member ?
| Signing up for membership with us gives you the ability
to save your orders, and re-order them !
To sign up, simply go to our members area, and click on the "sign up" link. The following screen will be displayed:
Select a username which will be easy for you to remember. You can chose your name and year of birth - E.g. jack67. Click "SUBMIT", the following screen will be displayed:
Enter your details and click "SUBMIT". The following screen will be displayed:
This is simply to confirm your personal details, once you click the "CONFIRM DETAILS" button, the account will be created for you. |

How do I save orders ?
| To save orders you must be a member first. Please refer to
the previous section on "how to sign up to be a members?". Once you have signed up, you can click on the 
and your order will be saved !
At any later stage, you may retrieve these orders from the members
area, by clicking

on the
home page.
